How can the latest innovation technology in event management give me the competitive edge?

Do I need to install anything on my computer?
No. If your computer has Internet access and Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher that's all you need.

Do I need a web site?
No. First-Check.com is a stand alone system that you manage yourself through an easy to use web portal. However First-Check.com allows you to create a link to your existing website. If you do not have a website for your company, please contact our sales department for further information.

Can I generate reports?
Yes. There is a feature that allows you to view multiple bookings for any given date range that is selected.

Can I put advertisements on my site?
Yes. The First-Check.com logo can be placed on your website. Our sales department can assist you on obtaining and placement of the logo.

When I call your Client Services Department for support will I be talking to someone in the Canada?
Yes. We provide support from within the GTA location.
All support calls are handled internally at our Vaughan location by Imperial TM professionals.

Is your Client Services Department Support outsourced outside of North America?
No. Our current target is the Canadian market, as we are a Canadian company. We want to ensure that business locally, such as our vendors are also successful.
